Hi,
I have activated my new SIM (over 24 hours ago) and while the phone shows O2-UK, I cannot send or recieve calls or text messages on it, and it does not do anything involving data. I have tried restoring the phone to no avail.
I had my phone stolen last week, I recieved the replacement through the insurance company on Friday and the new SIM on Wednesday, could it be that when I called to activate the new SIM, they overlooked the bar on the account and so it wont let the new SIM work?
Any help would be appreciated.

It can take up to 24 hrs sometimes longer. Turn the phone off and back on again and see if that it up...

Payandgo or monthly? Is this a replacement sim or new sim?
