I tried to take contract phone out Wednesday 7th August and it's declined my due to credit. but you have taken £30 from bank. please refund me

HOWEVER IT IS LIKELY THAT O2 HAVE NOT TAKEN THE AMOUNT BUT IT IS PROBABLY SHOWING PENDING IN YOIR BANK ACCOUNT.

O2 don't have your £30 it is marked pending by your bank and will automatically be returned to your account when O2 don't call upon it. Depending on the bank usually 5 to 7 days
