I have ordered a Samsung watch on my contract and I wanted to have an esim and have access to my phone however, it states in my email that I have changed tariff and now have no network coverage. What can I do?

Sounds like you have done an upgrade to the Watch, so you will need to speak to o2 to get this sorted as baiscally you needed to signup to a new plan for the watch which has a new number..

You wont be able to go back to your old tariff most of the time.

All the contact details for o2 are here Guide: How to find help & contact O2
