My account was terminated on 18 June by BT as I decided to transfer my internet account to EE and without thinking I asked for my mobile phone services to leave you to go EE also.

I am really sorry but this was a mistake am I able to re-instate my account with you ?

You will need to sign up for a new contract and then port the number back in from EE, unfortunately you will have to pay EE any termination fees in order to do so..
