I have submitted a network unlock code request for my s9 plus but received nothing. It says it can take up to 10 days but its now been over 2 weeks. Please can someone help?

Thanks. I have requested it 2 more times over the last 2 weeks, I get a confirmation they have received the request but then nothing.
