Hi,

I paid off my device and got the S20 on March 10th in the my local curry's/carphone warehouse shop. The deal was 60gb and unlimited texts and calls for £39 a month, I was already paying £35 for the S9 so thought this was a fab deal so signed up for the £39 a month.

Today I got my bill, £57!open_mouth

why is it so high? I need to speak to someone but I don't know how to contact them. I can't afford £57! I'm disabled so on a limited income.

I hope someone can helpdisappointed

thanks

Keibs

Without seeing what tariff and your T&C's it's difficult to decode it all, other than it is £57 pm on the website so there must be a discount somewhere if you were told £39.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
