Hello everyone! slight_smile

More info

Since it's been impossible to reach the o2 customer service I'm using now the community hoping that you'll help me fix my problem.

Yesterday I purchased a new iPad Pro 12.9 2020 by upgrading my previous monthly device plan for my old iPad that I gifted to my brother (abroad). I therefore requested a new Sim Card for it and punctually received it this morning together with the new tablet. While trying to configurate that new SIM by reading some instructions online, I sent a massage to 20220 from my iPhone with the text SWAP. Once I’ve done that, I lost the 4G connection from my iPhone and I cannot now use the network.

Now I'm really struggling since I cannot even receive calls but only using the Wi-fi.

Is there anybody who can help? disappointed_relieved

@MD2

You have transferred your iPad sim to your phone ?

You should have put the iPad sim in the phone first.

You will now need customer service to reconfigure a new phone sim with your contract on it to use in the phone and a new iPad data only sim.

@MI5 Thanks for the quick reply!

Well, not unfortunately. I just inserted the new SIM in the ipad pretty much straight away and then sent that text from my iPhone.

I appreciate I need to contact the customer service but there's no way to do that. Unless you know how?

Apparently they closed the Live Chat and even their email service is shut.
