CAN ANYONE HELP????i recieved a new iphone 5 on Thursday but continued using my Iphone 4 for the weekend which i lost in the early hours of Saturday morning 😞 i now need to block it ASAP and somehow sim swap my new nano sim for it to start working!!!

They are not closed for you to block a phone, listen through the options, you can block a phone 24 hours a day.

I want to report my phone lost/stolen
You'll need the following information handy so that you can pass security:
- The answer to your security question. This is the password you use to contact us. If you're not sure what it is, just log in and you'll find it in your personal information.
- If you're a Pay Monthly customer, you'll need the date of your last bill, the amount it was and the tariff you're on at the moment.
