Need Help

My LG G2
I had my O2 sim init and i noticed that in the corner it comes up with the O2 sign and on the right the signals are fine for 2g but when i tried to call it keeps coming ip saying mobile network unavailble i called o2 they sent out a new sim which will take 3 days so i thought let me try my 3 sim and it did the same thing i out my giffgaff sim and t mobile same thing...
Ive tried the sims in different phones they worked but im puzzled now with what is wrong or what 2 do
Ive also did manual network myself still does the same thing
It would b very helpfull and much appriciated if anyone could help cus all.o2 said wait for the new sim to come and.brake the old one up...

And thank u everyone 4 ur help firstly sorry for the late reply got into lil trouble with the police
I called my friend he still aint answered so i went 2 the cex shop showed receipt..box..phone..explained to the manager for about 45 minutes he said he cant do anything because its not my name on the receipt ..i said to him is there anyway that u can help me he said no.
He was being really rude first i stayed quite but than he triggered me off
the police came took my statement and his......
than they said to the cex store to try and help me but he carried on being rude so they told me and my cousin to leave the store and nothing i can do..

As i said before, the contract exists between CEX and your friend. As such they have no obligation to you. I thought you had said there wasn't a name on the receipt? ?????

Sadly your only option now is to report the matter to the police and see if they will assist OR accept it as a bad lot and walk away. (Sadly IF your friend did this knowingly then they are not much of a friend).

So...the police got involved in the end then @Anonymous  Was it due to the phone being blocked or because you were rude...I don't understand...

They were being rude and tried 2 push my cousin so someone called the police

I assume the shop staff phoned the police due to the standoff between him and the store manager.

I use CEX regularly an do know my name goes on the copy of a receipt when I've sold something.

However I've not known my name go on a receipt when I've bought something , even a phone as anyone member or not can buy from them. It usually says Unspecified in the name field.
