Absolutely fed up

I have no mobile signal at home or work

Wi Fi calling works at both locations but no mobile signal so cannot get texts through.

Everytime I make an online payment I have to drive for miles to get the authorisation code through !

Why should I pay for a signal booster to get a service o2 are not providing

Unhappy customer who would get out of his contract if it was allowed

This shouldnt be legal for o2 to hang on to my contract but not provide the service I am paying for

@TimJay

Unfortunately, no one from O2 will contact you from here.

You'll need to call customer service.
Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Sorry to hear about the problems with lack of signal. Also you are not allowed a signal booster unless you are a Business customer. Buying one from anywhere but O2 won't work.

A general guide re Network issues here Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?

You should tru some free PAYG sims from other networks and see which work for you. If you need to cancancel your contract then follow this guide Guide: Cancelling Your Contract
