I could access MyO2 then changed the telephone number to my number. I can no longer access My02 from my device (Iphone 4S)
Error deom device MY02: Failed to get user identity, possibility due to unlinking of MSISDN from account (Code 34)
Additionally my bill on My02 accessed from my PC has a different name and the initial telephone number before I changed to my number.
I have called and chatted however no resolution! Any assistance is most welcome!

Usually when you add/change numbers on My O2 it sends a code to your new number to confirm it is yours before it can be set up.
