My tariff

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi, my contract has now expired. I have had three phone calls from o2 about upgrading. I don't want to upgrade I want to change to a sim only contract and it was agreed I would get the same terms for £10 per month. However, I have had no further contact and I got an email today stating my next bill is at my old tariff of £18.42

Hi @Anonymous you need to contact CS otherwise your contract will continue as a 30 day rolling contract. I changed to sim only and had to do this by contacting O2 http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Edited for silly spelling error!

Tariff hasn't changed over so you need to chase it up with CS http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

I would choose the option for leaving so that retentions can give you the deal you were offered.
