My sim card has not been working for the past few days and my bills are paid on time, whay is happending, it is not this number on my account I have another o2 contract but I can't get onto the account

It could be down to recent charges on your account that has exceeded your allowed limit which is called a credit control bar. It doesnt show on your recent bill but show in recent charges.!!
