My Samsung galaxy tablet A 10.1 will not connect to my bt broadband any help please thank you Mark

Try resetting the router, forget the connection on your tablet and try it again.
Which Home Hub have you got as some of the older ones don't work with some of the new devices?

True ^^^^^. we had to move to HH5 to get my new PC connected. We were on HH3. (which was about 2 years old)

What is the error message given by the tablet when you try and connect to your Wifi Router?

Also as @MI5 has said which HomeHub have you got?

Hi @Anonymous,

The Galaxy Tab range is well know for the issues with WiFi, indeed i have fed this back into the Samsung product group numerous times...

What BT Home Hub are you using?

I would also ensure that the WiFi Channel is set to 2.4Ghz, as that is the channel most devices use for configuration, then switch to other bands post setup.
