I am trying to pay off a bill online, but when I go to check/pay bill, it just tells me my number and name. Can anyone offer insight onto this? Does the website have a bug?

You could try a different browser but if that doesn't help you can pay it over the phone.
See "Contact us" at the bottom of the page for the number.

There are a lot of people having problems with My O2 and customer service are dealing with it on a personal basis so you will need to speak to them. Better phoning than using Chat for problems like this.
