I need access to my o2 app but the code is sent to my number but for some reason I do not have signal to get that code. I need to access the account so I can pay my bill

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
