To be fair to o2 its not there fault its the courier service they use, was suppose to be delivered today but the courier couldnt find my address!

Thats what I said, as you said its up to them to get it too me, they are very quick to get hold of you if you dont pay your bill, etc, shocking, so I now have to wait another day without a phone and hope they delivery tomorrow
