This is regarding my contract . I do have the sufficient funds to pay this as I am currently unemployed . Is there any way I can get my line back as I have very important calls coming through.

First off you need to call customer service and make the payment.

We are all customers so have no access to your account, how overdue your payment is due or whether there is a connection charge.

If you speak to customer services they may be able to work out a payment plan for you. You will need to speak to someone asap though. Please dont leave it...

I assume you mean you do not have sufficient funds to pay?
If so, no, there is no way you can be reconnected.
Depending on how long it has been disconnected O2 will also release your debt (for the full contract amount) to a debt collection agency and you will be required to pay it all off through a third party then.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

Sadly I think @MI5 is correct and that the OP inadvertently left out the 'not'. There won't be any reconnection until what's owed is paid in full, along with a reconnection charge as well, I fear. I'm sure this isn't what the OP wanted to hear, but that's the way it is.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Also if you don't pay they will leave a black mark on your credit history

That will already have been correctly applied depending on how overdue the payment is.

I actually understood the op to mean they did 'not' have sufficient funds to pay due to the rest of their sentence about being unemployed.  (Hence the suggestion of ringing CS re a possible payment plan)
