It’s not working and now I’ve been diagnosed with covid 19. My bill is due and I don’t know what to do I’m in so much grief with bill please o2 help me my phone my buissness now I’m ill what am I going to do I’ve a payed every bill 4 2 years now and I have 2 phones please help me

You need to call O2 then choose any of the options, fraud etc
Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
