Hi all,
I am at my wits end. My credit is being ruined by o2 who are continually putting "missed payment defaults" on my credit file.
I do not owe o2 anything, in fact - o2 have just recently refunded me the excess of my bill on my last payment, as I had overpaid when I left to go to GiffGaff.
Unfortunately, since I left a few months ago o2 has put FIVE separate "missed payment" defaults. I have been on the phone to O2 for hours, confirming and reconfirming that I do not owe them anything. I have been through to multiple departments - before finally being sent an email from "Jay" in the O2 Ammendments Team.
Unfortunately, Jay is not responding to emails - and my credit is being ruined with each additional default that is posted.
I am writing here for help, I don't know what to do - O2 refuse to help me, the Ammendments team don't have access to a telephone to call me and they refuse to answer my emails. I don't know what to do.
Please, someone from 02 - look at this and help me. I was with you for years and I don't think I ever missed a payment.

You could try writing or Fax is the email does not work
