My phone has a full battery and plenty credit. It does not receive or send texts or phone calls,

not even to O2.

Have you cleaned the sim?

Can you try a battery pull?

If that's no help back up the phone and try a hard reset.

You could also Try another 02 sim card in the handset to rule out wether it's your 02 account or phone that is at fault.
