My O2 sim card in another phone

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi. I have an O2 monthly contract for my Sony Xperia phone. If I wanted to get a simpler button phone which was Sim-free & unlocked, can I use my existing Sim card in it? Thanks, Clipper

@Anonymous Absolutely. As long as the SIM is the right size for the new phone. If you need a different sized SIM you can either request one online and swap it, out go into an O2 store and they'll do it for you.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

O2 only care that you pay your bill on time.
They don’t care what phone you use.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Phone shope now sell multi-sims. Which means you get all 3 sims, standard, micro and nano in the same packet. Make sure though if your experia uses the standard sim make sure the micro and nano don’t come out by accident when putting the multi-sim in. I used to work CPW and no end of times people came in as the micro and nano sims were lodged into their phone and got stuck.
