So what has happened to My O2 Rewards seems to have been down for

ages just keep getting a message it's not available come back later.

Clarify if the system Is down.

Done use Live Chat for account based enquires.

Have you looked at my link which shows different ways of how to save rewards.

I've not seen any other reported issues.
Have you tried clearing your browser cache or using a different browser?
If all else fails try live chat or call CS on 4445.

Sometimes this does glitch and more often than not resolves itself.

My wife has been trying since last week to no avail. It ain't working, unlikely its your browser as she has been trying on different PC's and a tablet. I looked at teatime and it still wasn't working

Hi Band

 

I used your link and bookmarked the page was OK, rang O2 customer services and

reported the My O2 Rewards link not working was informed that updates are taking

place which could be the reason it's not working.

Will continue using your link until My O2 Rewards working again thanks.

i cant seem to get into my o2 rewards to save etc, when every time i login, it says come back later, i loged in and loged out and back in, but still no excess. HELP! would awsome thax! HelpCrazy

Have you tried the text method ?

Claiming or saving your O2 Rewards
To claim your rewards to use as extra credit, just text CLAIM to 50202 free in the time periods outlined below. If you would rather save your rewards to use later, just text SAVE to 50202 free.

It seems like there are some problems with the rewards website at the moment....

Maybe @Toby can look into it for us?
