I recently tried to change my tariff (and a bunch of other stuff) and the website states that it can be accomplished in 'My O2' however there is now option in My O2 to do many of these tasks, and I end up in an infinate loop.
Today I noticed that my partner's 'My O2' (who is on the same tariff) has been updated with the new look & feel and has a lot more useful options.
My 'My O2' looks like the legacy 90's design
Anyone else have this experience?
