I'm having a bit of trouble understanding my monthly bill. It says my tarriff bill, my device plan, and latest airtime bill but doesn't give me a total amount that i am paying - am i paying all three of these?

Refresh is split into two parts.

Airtime and handset plan.

If you get stuck in understanding your bill then you can speak to O2 Customer Services or one of the staff in an O2 shop

202 for Contract.

If you are on the Refresh Tariff....your bill is shown in 2 parts...The device and airtime....

Your airtime package and device plan added together give you your total monthly bill.

Why have you altered the monthly bill set up ? Where is your VAT number to make it a legitimate bill ? Is it programmers gone mad and change for the sake of change ? It was much simpler before.

No idea as I don't require vat invoices but I do know my current bill period is messed up on some accounts.
I'm just waiting to see if it corrects itself after a billing cycle has completed or not.
