My Monthly Bill

I'm having a bit of trouble understanding my monthly bill. It says my tarriff bill, my device plan, and latest airtime bill but doesn't give me a total amount that i am paying - am i paying all three of these?

if so where is the airtime bill coming from?

I have just checked a thread/post from January 2014. It seems some get them and some don't

"Just to confirm airtime plans can be recurring vat invoiced, and the setup is relatively straightforward.  Phone plans can't, and there doesn't seem to be any information on why, just that it can't be done.  Singular statements can be ordered, but you'd have to do that month by month".
