Hi  I please could you tell me whether the reference:  xxxxxxxxxxxx £38.00 Direct Debit from account ending 268 relates to my o2 bill Mobile number xxxxxxxxxxxx?  I am currently in the process of divorce proceedures and the accounts are joint and I am trying to sort out our finances, I have 4 O2 bills on direct debit and only one is for my phone, so wondering which one mine relates to.  When I know which one it is (hopefully the above) then I would like this payment to come out of my sole account as my husband and I are now separated and he no longer lives at this address.

Please advise.

Rhian

This isn't O2, it's a public forum.

You should remove your personal details.

You'll need to call customer service.
Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.
