Check your network status https://status.o2.co.uk/ They may be doing work on a mast
O2 say this can happen when there's a change in the network. Simply switch your phone off and back on and check that it has been enabled again under: Settings > Mobile Data > Mobile Data Options > Voice & Data > VoLTE.
