My 02 now says no services attached to this account. There should be 2 numbers!

You're probably being changed to the new billing system and it could be a few days for the sytem to update
This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202
Use the specific Payment management number 0800 902 0217
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
If you are trying to log in to the My O2 app
Instead try the web version
https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin
If that works then delete the app, reboot phone and reinstall
If none of that works then
You can call O2 on 202

Exactly the same problem. 2 phone numbers have disappeared from my account and now one has been cut off because I cannot pay the bill as I cannot see the phone. The Online O2 Assistant told me the phone number is not associated with my account.....I have had it for 10 years! Final straw is that my son's phone , which used to be associated with my account a few years ago when he was at University, has now been reinstated in my account and I cannot get rid of it. he is furious ( now 30) .......utterly ludicrous situation.
Looks as if I will have to leave O2 all together.
