Hi, I have just signed up with Virgin Broadband and O2 and as part of the mobile package i have been sent 3 sims - however I want to keep the 3 numbers we already have. How do i do this? There are no instructions with the sims i received. I also i need 2 of them to be eSIMs and not physical sims, so how do i do that? Thanks

If you are coming from another network to O2 then you need to get that network to give you a PAC number for each one. They need to be given to O2. Once O2 transfers your number the old network will close your account.

Personally I would do one at a time, so not to generate confusion which happens all to frequently.

As to changing to eSIM it is probably best doing in store. Take photo ID

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Thanks for the response - however I might be being a bit daft here, but how do i give the PAC code to o2? I know how to get it but dont know what to do with it once i get it.

Also i currently have an eSIM, i dont want, and in fact, cant use a physical sim as the sim slot is taken up with a work line.

I’ve been with my current network for nearly 30 years so this is all very new to me!
