O2 wont send a replacement sim out to me to my current address and I can't access my previous address for safety reasons. The retentions advisor I spoke to was working from home and wasn't very clear on the process from here. She told me to order a blank pay monthly sim from the o2 website and then call back?

You need to report your previous SIM as lost, by the sound of it.

Or have I misunderstood your situation, @Anthony2?

@Anthony2

As your post is headed 'moved address, lost phone and sim' then you have to report the loss of your phone/sim, following this process

Guide: Lost or Stolen O2 Device? - How to Report it

Anyone could have the phone and be racking up the bill on your account.

Report it asap.
