I recently got the 100Gb sim (unlimited calls and texts) 12 month contract for £20 as I was out of phone/sim contract but now my visual voicemail doesn't work anymore.
I have tried the dialled 1750 and turned my VM on but still nothing!
I have tried sending a message saying "STATE" to 9011 but still nothing!
I have tried going "airplane" but still nothing!
I have reset network but still nothing!
and yes I have tried the good old "turn off and on again" but still nothing!
it seems that I need a iData bolt on but there is no way of adding it via the O2 app nor via the O2 website and calling 202 doesn't work either.
need this fixing ASAP as I use my phone for work and I need instant access to my voicemails - help plz ?
