Move To Pay Monthly Problem

Hi

Hoping for a bit of help.

I used the move to pay to monthly deal that O2 have to get a £24 contact for £11 per month.  I fill out all the info, swapped my number and everything, but i'm not getting the discount.

It's been 3 months now. 

How can i contact O2 because i'm not having any luck.
