I want to go from monthly to sim only and keep my number how do you do it online because phone lines are busy

Simply choose the UPGRADE to sim only in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

If you have the my o2 app, you can change from Monthly to SIM only via upgrading your tariff through the my o2 app.

hi ive just changed to a sim only contract but wanted to keep the same number... will a new sim be delievered to me or will the current sim just get upgraded.. bit confused as it didnt ask for my address and now worried it may turn up at my old address.. wondering how to change this if a new sim will ve delivered.

If you upgraded you current account from monthly to SIM only you retain your current SIM and use as normal. You tarriff will change to your choose tariff.

Your tariff will be changed on the system so your current sim will carry the new details.

No need to change sim cards, just carry on as normal.
