I was wondering if I could pay part of my device plan. I want to be a little extra each month. Is it possible ?

You could make additional payments via My O2 where it says Make A Payment

but if you want to set up something different to that then you need to call O2. All numbers in this guide.

The number ending in 4005 is the one which gets the most success when calling

Your device plan is a fixed term credit agreement.

The only way you can overpay each month is to call customer service to do it Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Not even got close. Rang up the number ending in 4005 one says the can take payment one says I can’t. So still unsure

You can only overpay on device plan by calling customer service.

The overpayment in your MyO2 only go towards your airtime automatically.
