I am on a £20 pm 100gb inclusive deal but have been charged £46 this month despite the fact that I haven't used any more or less than any other month (no MMS, bolt on or anything like that) and havent got anywhere near data limit etc. Can anyone explain? Ic wasnt reach a human on customer services. Thanks.

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.
Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

Your billl breakdown in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 will tell you what the charges are.
If this is the first month, you will have some of your last contracts bill included in the first bill after the change.
