No Caller ID?

Been struggling for a week now to no avail.All incoming calls still showing as no caller ID, even from landlines.I have even rang off my work mobile, which doesn’t hide caller ID, and it still shows up with no caller ID and is getting very frustratin...

Authorisation codes

I am trying to log into a couple of websites that require authorisation codes via an SMS sent but I am not receiving any of the SMS authorisation codes through on my phone so I am unable to log in. Please could someone help.
