Can you please tell  me why my monthly tarriff has gone from £27.07 to £32.00 please

I've had no notification

We are customers here your best bet would be to log in to my O2 and have a look at your tariff and charges

Also check in My O2 to see if there are any recent charges over your allowance and to see the specific tariff you are on.
