Can you please tell me why my monthly tarriff has gone from £27.07 to £32.00 please

We are customers here your best bet would be to log in to my O2 and have a look at your tariff and charges

You can also call Customer Services on 202 free from your mobile, if you think an error has been made. Do not try to do this via Live Chat.

Also check in My O2 to see if there are any recent charges over your allowance and to see the specific tariff you are on.
