Balance showing "-£xxx.xx"

Hello. My O2 is showing a balance in the minus - it's after a recent upgrade - is my account in credit or debt? Thanks, joeob

Ooo, great - although I'll wait til my next billing date, as I suspect they have, unsuprisngly, made a mistake or its a figure displayed "whilst the bill sorts itself out" between deals.

Although I did have to sort lots of issues through Executive Relations, so perhaps they've been kind and refunded some of my £585 upgrade fee?! Wishful thinking but thanks for the reply.

Checked this out...

The credit balance on my account is the Fast Track Upgrade Fee which has been credited to my account, and will come off when my next, new bill is generated.
