Mobile to landline calls keep dropping

Both my wife and I use O2 and have found over the last 3 months that our calls (iPhone) to landlines keep are repeatedly dropped after a few minutes regardless of the time day, weather, etc. There are signal bars on phone and O2 tell us there is nothing wrong with the signal in the area and we don't have this problem when we ring other mobile numbers. We have tried switching off the wifi in case that was creating an issue, however it made no difference. Anyone having similar issues and any suggestions as how to resolve. Thank you.

Strange that you both experience the same issues as I would have suggested a sim swap, but if you are both using an esim I'd try swapping to the traditional plastic sim.

You can go into any O2 store with photo ID to get swapped for free.
