Hello, 

I got my phone stolen today which has a contract in O2 pay Monthly 

My name is Jiawei Luo

I got a insurance in Barclays

but I really need to get a replaced SIM card as soon as possible and the recipient address is same as my bill address

Pls ship the new SIM card to my apartment as soon as possible.

I have another phone, if you have any question pls call me. 

I appreciate that and thank you so much.

You need to report this immediately to O2 https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Other-Products-and-Services/Lost-or-Stolen-O2-Device-How-to-Report-it/...

They will send you a replacement sim card afterwards.

Please also remove all personal details from your post.

Hello .

This isnt customer services. Please remove your personal details as this is a public forum. You need to call O2 on 202 or 0344 8090202 from a landline to get your sim/phoned blocked. To claim on insurance you need to notify the police of the theft immediately within 24 hours and obtain a crime incident number
