Unfortunately I dropped my phone and it's now broken.  I have just £18 left on my device plan, if I pay this can I then cancel my airtime plan? I did want to remain with o2 but they are asking for £7 more a month for exactly the same phone, with exactly the same data. None of the other phones in my price range are any good either.

Yes, just pay it and give notice on the airtime.

You'll need your PAC if you want to keep your number too https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-Monthly-Pay-and-Go/How-to-get-your-PAC-2017-Update/ba-p/1052278

Thank you! Only taking 1hr 18mins on chat to try and find out the answer.  If only their prices were more competitive, I only bought the device just over a year ago and somehow it's now £7 more a month. Such a shame.
