I'm on monthly contract with 02 upgraded my tablet but haven't been able to use on mobile data only works with wifi, help please

Hi Hazza,
Did you have a new sim card with your tablet?
Sometimes we ship a new sim card and you just need to put your old sim card in the new device, the settings for your data connection should be pulled from the sim card which is why I’m thinking you have a non-active sim card in the device, if you have your old tablet the sim card in that should work.
If that is not case you will need to speak to our customer service team on 202, have the tablet phone number at hand as they will need that when you phone to check the account to see why your data is not working. We can't check individual accounts on here so I hope that helps.
