Hello . I should receive my parcel 15.12.23 . Status is delivered but I didn't receive this parcel . I try sort this out already 3 days . I calling DHL and O2 customer service. No one want to help me ...

Get the POD (proof of delivery from DHL), and then call o2 sales on 0800 081 0255 and they have to help you...
Also tell o2 to get the POD as well, you wont receive any phone this side of christmas now.

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if yo can - on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) ,
Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or
Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255, free from any phone or landline or via Guide: A Guide to Skype - best time to try calling is around 08:10am.

You need to ring them an provide the proof that it wasnt delivered to you, and DHL, can check the GPS etc

Keep pinging them every so often on FB or Insta, @minusux89 - my last interaction with the Social Media team logged on a Friday, with constant prodding, resulted in a response at 08:02am the following Sunday. DM Tag on twitter continued, until it was eventually dealt with by end-of-day Sunday. Good luck!

22.12.2024 I get claim number DHL. After that I call to O2 departament about 5 times and they told me manager call me back about my case. Today is 12.01.2024 nobody call me back . Finally I have to pay for something what I never received . Ridiculous

Next step after that will be a complaint but let's regard that as a last resort. Please try social media first and let us know how you get on.

It is taking O2 eight weeks to deal with complaints at the moment so we really want to regard that route as a last resort.
