didn't receive this parcel . I try sort this out already 3 days . I
calling DHL and O2 customer service. No one want to help me ...
22.12.2024 I get claim number DHL. After that I call to O2 departament
about 5 times and they told me manager call me back about my case. Today
is 12.01.2024 nobody call me back . Finally I have to pay for something
what I never received . Ridiculous
