Missing headphones

Who do I contact about my missing headphones from the box ? Everything else was there. Just the box which I'm guessing they should be in was empty

Buy from Samsung and ear phones are provided. Buy from EE they are provided. CPW also provided

Buy from O2 and they aren't. See where this is going?

So where do the missing sets go? Sold as accessories!

That's a bit interesting and possibly worth asking o2 themselves...
