Hi the email and chat are not working and the phone system just tells me to use the O2 ap. I don't have a smart phone so thato's not possible.
The issue: I was wanting to check that a text i received was from O2. I'm 90% sure it's not but wanted to make sure and report it as well:
The text said from O2 but i could not access any number to verify.
It informed me my charges where increasing substantialy.
Advised to go to web page re changing Tarrif.
There is no notification in my account and the web address given is: htt://v.o2.co.uk/V3
What should I do?

It's a scam.
Block the number and do not follow any links.
Forward the scam text to 7726 - It's free.
