As the title says, these two are missing.
I have been getting a txt from o2 everyday for about 2 weeks telling me my deposit refund is due back on my next bill, well my next bill is here and there seems to be no sign of it.
On top of that, I just got a tablet on o2 pay monthly and was expecting a 20% discount on the air time plan as advertised and that also seems.yo be missing.
Is this something someone here can look into or am I going to have to call in?

Nobody here has access to your account, @Nagasaki - we are all customers or past customers of O2, like yourself.
You probably should check with O2 sales team about the tablet, as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255.
Your deposit will come back on the 4th bill after signing-up, assuming you have missed no payments in the intervening 3 months.

For your deposit.... mine never appeared on my bill, but showed as credit in my balance on My O2 > Bills and Payments (right hand side on computer) I just went onto O2 live chat and asked for it to be refunded and it was sent to my bank.
