My sim hasn’t turned up it’s been 10days
tried to phone customer service needed to give a number to phone I don’t have one as my sim hasn’t turned up
rang sales who were less than helpful kept trying to push me back to customer services
cant phone them as I don’t have a phone number as my sim hasn’t turned up
was going to arrange a call back
that didn’t happened either
poor customer service
I don’t know why I am bothering as this will be a waste of time too

Wish o2 wouldn't use Royal Fail for Pay Monthly Sim cards.
